Randi Roark mugshot
When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.” - Lao Tzu -

My name is Randi Roark and I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. I was lucky enough to study massage in Costa Rica at Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. There, I learned a variety of massage techniques which included, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, NMT/Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial-Sacral Fascial Release, Tai/Yoga massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Integrative/Mindful Expressionism.

Upon my return to Idaho, I immediately took the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork test and became a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodyworker. I have since furthered my education and experience alongside Doctors, and in various spas. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, including children, young adults, terminal patients, athletes, and trauma patient -; all of which have given me something, whether they know it or not.  My clients are my best teachers. Every BODY is different and I believe there is no “one massage suits all” so my approach is very tailored to each person I see. It’s very important to me to listen and make my client's experience one of the best. I have specialized in many different areas of massage, from complete relaxation (accomplished through light pressure work), chronic pain and/or sensitivities, all the way to deep tissue pain recovery and very specific injury rehabilitation. I love what I do. I love helping others and am passionate about health and overall well being.

A little bit about me; I grew up in the small town of Cascade, Idaho with my two older sisters, whom I adore and am very proud to call family. My parents still live in Cascade and I visit them as often as I can. I love anything outdoors, especially snowboarding, fishing and camping. I love animals of all kinds.  I currently have a mini Australian shepherd, Lilli, who I rescued more than ten years ago. She’s been with me ever since, and I must say, she’s trained me very well. I am lucky to be with the love of my life, Luke, who has an amazing, big hearted son who happens to be the other love of my life. Together we like to play football and go to the races at Meridian Speedway to watch Luke race! Go number 4!!

I am very excited to have become a part of the team at the Idaho Center for Integrative Medicine (ICIM). I first met Dr. Noah as his patient where I came to him for my own autoimmune disorders and inflammatory disease. He has been a phenomenal addition to my own wellness journey. I am honored to build upon my body of knowledge at ICIM, and I am lucky to be a part of it and very excited to have it available to my established clients as well.
